Welcome to Griffin NuuMed's online store. Many of our products are available from our stockists, but if you are unable to source the item you need, you can buy online directly from us.
If you need any advice - for example which style to choose, sizing, fitting or compatability with a certain make of saddle - please get in touch between 9am and 5pm Monday to Thursday, 9am - 1pm Fridays. We design and make all NuuMed products at our factory in Cardigan and offer a Made to Measure service which means if you cannot find exactly what you need, we can make it to your specifications.

Delivery
From the date of receipt we aim to despatch your order within three working days. From the date of despatch deliveries will be sent on a next working day delivery service, please allow up to 5.30pm for delivery.
Please note that we are closed weekends and bank holidays.
Every effort will be made to despatch your order within two working days, however at peak periods and if any items are not on the shelf and need to be made, this despatch time may be extended.

- Our delivery service is provided by DPD.
- DPD will notify you when to expect your delivery and you will also be able to track, amend and add instructions to your delivery through www.dpd.co.uk or the DPD app
- Our standard delivery charge does not include Saturday deliveries.
- Please include a contact telephone number which can be given to the courier company.
- You will be notified by email if it is anticipated that delivery will take longer than our stated time.
Payment
We accept online payment via credit and debit cards and Paypal. We currently accept Visa, Mastercard, Maestro and Solo. All transactions will be shown in £ sterling. Alternatively, payment can be made by phone using the cards above.
Pricing
All prices quoted on this website are accurate at time of publication and are quoted in £ sterling and, where appropriate, are inclusive of sales tax (VAT) at the current rate.
If your order is being sent to a destination outside the EU then your sales tax will be zero. Any customs or import duties levied once the package reaches its destination will be the responsibility of the purchaser.
Cancellation and Returns
The Griffin NuuMed returns policy does not affect your Statutory Rights.
In accordance, goods supplied from the Griffin NuuMed website maybe returned. Returned items must be unsoiled and in the same condition as when despatched. Customers will be entitled to a full refund, less the delivery charge, if the goods are returned within 14 days of the customer receiving the goods.
Please note that unless faulty, SALE items cannot be returned.
You also have the right to cancel your order within 7 working days. Please contact us immediately if you wish
to do this.
Sale Items
Items bought from the sale section of the shop are mainly end of lines, samples or are made only in limited sizes, styles etc. Standard postage applies to these items and they are non returnable.
Liability
Griffin NuuMed reserves the right to change information, prices, specifications and descriptions of listed goods and, if deemed necessary, we may modify these conditions at any time by posting them on the website.
